What we collect
When you request an estimate or send us a message we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and a preferred date. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange the in-home estimate, prepare your proposal and keep you updated while the project is running. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful to us. Records relating to completed work are kept longer so we can honour warranties and meet our contracting and accounting obligations as an Arizona licensed contractor.
Your rights
